Macmillan Cancer Support

The World's Biggest Coffee Morning is Macmillan Cancer Support's biggest fundraising event. They ask people across the UK - and sometimes further afield - to hold a coffee morning, where donations on the day are made to Macmillan.

They want their supporters to do whatever suits them - and have fun doing it. Whether it's a traditional coffee morning at home, work or school, or something different altogether – a garden party, pub quiz, or karaoke night - the main thing is getting together with friends and knowing that your collective efforts are making a huge difference to people affected by cancer.

Whatever you do, they hope you'll get together with friends, family and colleagues on Friday 28 September and make time for people affected by cancer.

It's easy to sign up- just go to www.macmillan.org.uk/maketime and they'll send you a fundraising pack to help you make your coffee morning a success.

28.03.12 Metal Mumin Radio Show - "Episode 41"

This fortnight's show was powered by humous and sweeties - a surprisingly good combination. Anyway in with the breaking news about the Sonisphere Festival cancelation and the usual clubs and gigs and whimsy, was a world exclusive play of the new Alexa de Strange double A side single and other goodies, I played:

Sanctus Nosferatu - Asrateia
Times Like These - Getting Closer
demo quality...
Harlots of Beyond - Dinner a la Vlad
Strange Nocturnal - Once Upon A Halloween
Orpheum - Treason
Mockingbird - All That I Need
Alexa de Strange - Luxxxurious/Stardust (Double A side)
Gypsy Pistoleros - Livin’ La Vida Loca
The James Warner Prophecies - My Left Hand Waves
The Mercy House - My Disease

And in a break with tradition, I will be back next week as Justin the Producer is escaping to Portugal for some sort of very important beach-based conference with Recharged Radio DJ Rodrigo Sa. See you on Weds 4th April \m/ \m/

Deuxvolt - Dance With Ghosts
Counting Flames - Pied Piper
Gasoline Thrill - Afraid
Wraith - Never Been Better
Night By Night - The Moment
Daken - Zero
The Mercy House - Greed
